Cali is an amazing coach! She is so experienced with her wealth of knowledge regarding fitness and food. I have enjoyed adding new habits into my lifestyle and Cali is so supportive. The weekly check ins either group call or one to one have been really useful and inspiring. The app is really easy to use and it is great to have everything in one place, which links with my fitness pal and smart watches. Although my time has come to end with Cali and the 8 week teachers reset programme, I am going to continue using all the strategies Cali has taught me!

I found Cali through an online review and I’m really glad I did. She offers 1-1 bespoke coaching programmes and supports with nutritional changes to enable you to make progress. Prior to using Cali I was a yo-yo dieter, often returning to WW. Working with Cali made me realise that food is just that - there are no good or bad foods. Cali gives excellent support - there are what’s app groups & her own app and she tailors your programme to what you need. I’m gym phobic but her programmes are easy to do at home. Her prices are really reasonable & I 100% recommend her.
